TINA MARSHALL is originally from New Jersey and relocated to West Virginia with her family as a child.  She graduated with a BS in criminal justice from Fairmont State College and worked as a correctional officer at the Marion County Jail.  It was during that time she became acquainted with Pamela R. Folickman and began working as a legal assistant at the office of Folickman & Smith in 1997. 

Ms. Marshall has attended several training seminars over the years and has taken paralegal classes online.   She has also attended training in family court mediation.   She assists the attorneys in preparation of paperwork for Court and meets with clients in order to gather information and assist with their representation. 

Ms. Marshall currently resides in Monongah, with her husband Joe and the youngest of their three sons.  She enjoys warm weather, beach trips and footballl, particularly the Mountaineers and Steelers.
